That time of the month… ladies we all know what I’m talking about. Nobody likes it but it’s something we all have to deal with. This balm helps to relieve painful cramps during periods. It can also help ease some of the severe cramping and pain that comes along with painful conditions such as Endometriosis. It can even help relieve ovulation pain, or pain caused by cysts- which are often a result of conditions like PCOS.

How to Use

Just massage a little of the balm directly on to the abdomen, concentrating and massaging in more, where the pain is at its worst. You can also rub a little on to your pulse points, for a little extra relief. You can reapply as often as needed. Remember- like with most balms, a little goes a long way!

For extra sensitive skin, do a patch test. Please do not use if you are allergic to any of the mentioned ingredients.

Note

This product may melt during shipping/hot weather. We use organic Coconut Oil which is highly temperature sensitive in terms of viscosity.

Place the product in the fridge for 30 minutes before opening.

Store in a cool dry place
